Founding Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Description

Join us as a Founding Full Stack Engineer and help build our first product — the Smart Marketing Calendar, an AI-native control tower for marketers. You’ll work directly with our CTO (ex-Shopify) to design, build, and scale a fast, intelligent, and beautiful product from the ground up.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Has 5–10 years of backend or full-stack engineering experience (sweet spot is around 7), with strong Python and/or Node.js, PostgreSQL, and REST API fundamentals

  • Has shipped production systems using LLM APIs — prompt design, tool use, chaining, and reliable output handling at scale — not just experimented with them

  • Owns complex data problems end-to-end: ingestion, modeling, and serving real-world messy data from APIs like Shopify, Klaviyo, or Meta Ads

  • Operates with early-stage DNA — sets architecture, defines the right problem, and ships without waiting for perfect requirements

  • Communicates clearly across the team; at this stage, everyone touches product decisions

Join us as a Founding Frontend Engineer and help build our first product — the Smart Marketing Calendar, an AI-native control tower for marketers. You’ll work directly with our CTO (ex-Shopify) to design, build, and scale a fast, intelligent, and beautiful product from the ground up.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design

  • Experience web applications using node.js, or other modern web services technologies.

  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, etc.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
